I want to share something with you. A friend shared this video with me a couple of months ago when I was going through a struggle of not feeling good enough. I have watched it over and over. It has really impacted me in such a positive way and I want EVERYONE I know to take some time to watch it and really think about it. Some of you may have already seen it. Its about 20 minutes long. So take a time out, get comfortable and realize just how worthy you are of love and joy in your life.

My favorite part was the end when she said "When we work from a place that says "I'm enough" than we stop screaming and start listening, we are kinder to the people around us and kinder and gentler to ourselves."
